Kadal Kitchen was a dream, a passion, and a thought of serving authentic seafood to our people. The dream and thought was by none other than, "MY WIFE", who is very passionate about cooking and serving the best of the taste. When this was told to me, I really wanted to make this happen as serving our people has always been there in me. Indeed we were under much pressure as we wanted to give the best of authentic seafood, although we belong to a fishermen's family, it was not easy for us to set up Kadal Kitchen to where it is today. We also have a dedicated fishermen's team, fishing only for Kadal Kitchen, this makes us very exclusive. FOOD.
Talking about the taste, there is a secrecy behind the excellent taste of every dish at Kadal Kitchen, as we use a secret ingredient which has been passed on from the real fishermen's generations. We are proud to be in such lineage and today we are here to make you experience the real, authentic seafood.
It definitely makes me happy and proud to make my wife's dream come true, but what makes me satisfied with my effort is, "YOU" yes you. Kadal Kitchen has been started in 2019 and it is running successfully. Our food has been reached so well and we have huge customers and we have received good reviews and feedback. People are expecting healthy and tasty food nowadays that we are happily serving.
